Two of the NFL's best defenses will take the field when the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles clash in Super Bowl 2025. What does that mean for the kickers involved in this Chiefs vs. Eagles rematch?

It’s not often NFL kickers get love in betting markets, but everything is on the table when it comes to the Super Bowl. With Harrison Butker and Jake Elliott set to take the field, we make the best Super Bowl player prop picks for kicking prop bets.

Elliott has endured a chaotic postseason, but Butker has been perfect. How will each perform in the Super Bowl (6:30 p.m. ET, FOX) at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans?

Harrison Butker kicking prop pick

Harrison Butker Over 7.5 kicking points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: -115 via BetMGM | Implied probability: 53.49%

Butker has scored 17 points this postseason after recording six in the AFC Championship against the Buffalo Bills. He's logged at least eight kicking points in eight of 15 appearances this campaign, including the playoffs.

The Eagles finished the regular season allowing the fewest points in the league and giving up just 1.9 touchdowns per contest, including the postseason.

Taking Butker to make more than 1.5 field goals may be a safer bet than this one due to the effectiveness of the Eagles' defense, but the price of -160 for that wager makes it way less valuable from one of our best Super Bowl betting sites.

If Butker makes two field goals, then the kicker with at least two extra points in 12 of his 15 games this season should hit this Over.

Jake Elliott kicking prop pick

Jake Elliott Under 2.5 extra points made ⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: -109 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 52.15%

Elliott was just an outstanding 7-of-7 on extra-point attempts in the NFC Championship. However, he went only 2-of-5 in the first two games of the postseason. That’s worrying since he’ll likely get limited chances in this contest.

But I like this Under because of more than Elliott’s recent struggles. The defense he’s facing is also a significant factor. The Chiefs are allowing just 2.2 touchdowns per game, including the postseason.

Kansas City has been shutting teams down all campaign, with the Chiefs giving up just 19.4 points per outing. Look for the Eagles to settle for more field goals than usual, and for Elliott to hit this Under for one of your Super Bowl predictions.

Jake Elliott Over 1.5 field goals made ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: +105 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 48.78%

All of the reasons I like Elliott to go Under his extra point total apply here. Additionally, the Eagles are good enough they won’t need to chase points. If they stall out in an unfavorable down and distance, I expect Nick Sirianni to play it safe and call for the field-goal unit, just like he did in the first two games of the postseason.

Elliott is 6-of-7 on field-goal attempts this postseason. Five of his makes are from 39 yards or under. He also ended the regular season making at least two field goals in four consecutive games. Six of his 10 makes during that stretch were from inside 40 yards.

The Eagles, who are underdogs in the Super Bowl odds, can move the ball against anyone, but they’ve been prone to settling for field goals. The Chiefs will allow them to get in scoring range. But look for Kansas City's defense to tighten up, forcing Elliott to play a more significant factor than usual.
