Lions vs. Colts Touchdown Picks & Odds: Week 12
The Detroit Lions hope to improve the NFL’s longest winning streak to nine games when they face off against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 12.
Our Lions vs. Colts touchdown picks and odds look at which individuals could have a part to play in deciding the outcome for Sunday's 1 p.m. ET (FOX) game from Lucas Oil Stadium.
Dan Campbell’s squad can sweep the AFC South with a win over Indianapolis, which could further shorten their Super Bowl odds.
However, our Week 12 NFL predictions expect that the Colts will be eager to remain in the hunt for the division and wild card races as they attempt an upset victory at home.

Best Lions vs. Colts touchdown props
Amon-Ra St. Brown anytime touchdown scorer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: -110 via bet365 | Implied probability: 52.38%
While St. Brown may not be replicating his career year from last season, when he posted 119 receptions for 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns, he’s improved in one major statistical category: touchdowns.
The superstar wide receiver needs two more scores across the next seven games to set a new career high.
Jared Goff has found the fourth-year pro nine times already in the end zone; only Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase (12) have connected for six more often in 2024. This stretch includes touchdowns in each of the last eight games for St. Brown.
You cannot find the Lions’ No. 1 receiver at plus-money anywhere to score during this red-hot streak, rather unsurprisingly.
However, bet365 lists him at standard juice (-110) to score at any point in Week 12. This equates to an implied probability of 52.38% for a receiver that has found the end zone at an 80% rate in games this year.
Anthony Richardson anytime touchdown scorer ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: +175 via bet365 | Implied probability: 36.36%
After a brief hiatus, Richardson was back in the fold in Week 11 as Indianapolis’ starting quarterback. He enjoyed his best performance of the season - and perhaps his young career - as he accounted for three total touchdowns.
Two of those scores came on the ground with the dual-threat signal-caller doubling his tally on the year to date in just four quarters against the New York Jets.
Richardson hasn’t been utilized on the ground as often as he was early last season. This is likely due to the plethora of weapons around him and the coaching staff’s desire to continue to develop the Florida product as a passer. Nevertheless, he’s one of the Colts’ two main red-zone threats, given his incredible athleticism and size.
Detroit hasn’t faced a slew of mobile quarterbacks this season. Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray did expose some weaknesses that’ll only be amplified given the recent injury situation within the Lions’ defensive ranks.
If Indianapolis ventures into the red zone, look for Shane Steichen to draw up plays designed to get his quarterback into space. bet365 has the best value on the market for Richardson as an anytime touchdown scorer at +175.
Jameson Williams anytime touchdown scorer ⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: +240 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 29.41%
Goff has thrown for multiple touchdowns in seven of Detroit’s last eight games. Seeing as St. Brown has just one multi-score game during that span, it’s a near guarantee that one of the other Lions pass catchers will get in on the action.
Williams has found the end zone three times over the past five games he’s appeared in. He has the second-most receiving touchdowns among Detroit’s receivers, despite missing two games due to suspension.
FanDuel's odds are markedly better than any of its competitors on Williams’ anytime touchdown scorer market. A $10 investment on the Alabama product profits $24 if he is successful in finding the end zone for a fourth time in the last two months.
