We could be in for some classic AFC North football on Thursday night as the Pittsburgh Steelers visit the Cleveland Browns, with inclement weather expected to play a significant role.

The 8-2 Steelers head to Huntington Bank Field following a massive win against the Baltimore Ravens, and their Super Bowl odds shortened as a result.

Meanwhile, the 2-8 Browns are just trying to get across the finish line, and they'll attempt not to be booed out of their own stadium when this game kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET (Prime Video).

We did a deeper dive into this game with our Steelers vs. Browns prediction and Steelers vs. Browns TNF prop bets, and now we're focusing exclusively on our best anytime touchdown scorer predictions as part of our NFL Week 12 predictions.

As outlined in our Russell Wilson picks and predictions, the Steelers' passing game could struggle, and they'll likely rely on the running game.

However, we don't expect the weather to stop Jameis Winston from slinging it, and we're riding with one of his favorite targets to find the end zone.

Steelers running back Najee Harris is projected to rack up nearly 17 carries on Thursday, but I think we'll see that number cranked right up if things get really sloppy at Huntington Bank Field.

However, based on even that relatively modest total, Harris' touchdown projection sits at a very healthy 0.49. Based on that number, bet365 is the only one of our best sports betting sites providing solid value on the running back to find the end zone.

The rest of our sites with the best sportsbook promos are sitting at +105, with Caesars actually trading at minus money.

If we assume Harris will get even more than those 17 projected carries, that should inherently increase his chances to score a touchdown. Therefore, if we look at the 45.45% implied probability associated with these +120 odds and compare that to a projection closer to 0.53, we see that Caesars might actually be offering the most "fair" price.

Let's take advantage of this rogue number on who's likely to be the busiest player.

Brenden Schaeffer is also backing Harris as part of his Steelers vs. Browns parlay picks.

I looked at potentially going with Nick Chubb for the Browns, but his volume is far less guaranteed than Harris'.

Fellow Browns running back Jerome Ford outsnapped Chubb 41 to 22 in Week 11 against the New Orleans Saints, and the latter recorded his season-low running back rush share. As someone who bet on Chubb when his NFL Comeback Player of the Year odds were +900, he certainly hasn't put together the type of season I hoped for. However, that didn't scare Rod Villagomez away in his first touchdown scorer predictions for Thursday Night Football.

Therefore, I'll turn my attention to a player who's recorded five-plus receptions in every game since Week 6. David Njoku has proven to be one of the few bright spots during a miserable season for the Browns, and we're getting a great price on him to continue his strong campaign.

Oddly enough, both of Njoku's touchdowns this season came against AFC North opponents, so will he make it 3-for-3?

His TD projection is the best of Cleveland's pass-catchers at 0.25. Our other best sports betting apps have his TD prop priced around +300, which wouldn't provide much value based on that projection. However, we're once again getting a rogue price, this time from BetMGM.

Njoku's a big target, which should help Winston if the team can get in the red zone. If I did bet on a Browns running back to score, I'd rather go with Ford at +550 than the best number for Chubb.
