Women's March Madness Odds 2025: UConn Favored Over the Final Four Field

The No. 2 seed UConn Huskies have won their opening four games at the women's NCAA Tournament by 140 total points. The Huskies' average margin of victory in the tournament thus far is 35 points, more than justifying their Women's March Madness odds.

The betting favorites at our March Madness betting sites are minus money despite being the only team in the Final Four not entering the tournament as a top seed. UConn will face the No. 1 seed UCLA Bruins to reach the finals. The No. 1 seed Texas Longhorns and No. 1 seed South Carolina Gamecocks round out the Final Four.

🐺 UConn March Madness odds (-125)

The Huskies haven't won an NCAA Tournament since 2016, but one wouldn't know it by the way they're playing.

Geno Auriemma has UConn atop the college basketball world again behind Paige Bueckers, Azzi Fudd, and Sarah Strong. The former is one of the most talented players to ever reside in Storrs, Conn., and that's on display in her final appearances.

Connecticut boasts one of the best defenses in the country, as evidenced by its opponents averaging just 53.5 points per game against it across the first four rounds. The Huskies' resume is impressive, highlighted by an 87-58 win over South Carolina.

UConn looks rejuvenated during this run, and it appears to be on an inevitable collision course with the Gamecocks for the title. A $10 bet would return just $8 at DraftKings if Auriemma can capture his first title in nearly a decade.

🐔 South Carolina March Madness odds (+250)

Women

South Carolina has won two of the last three NCAA Tournaments and has reached the Final Four in five straight seasons, including this year. The Gamecocks are still one of the most well-rounded teams in the country, and they've proved it with some big wins in the postseason.

South Carolina's nine-deep rotation - led by star guards Te-Hina Paopao, Raven Johnson, and MiLaysia Fulwiley - makes it one of the deepest teams in the country. The experience also makes it a nightmare to match up against in a tournament setting.

If Staley can lead the Gamecocks to back-to-back titles, a $10 bet at BetMGM pays a $25 profit. It helps South Carolina backers that losses to UCLA, Texas, and UConn have lengthened these odds slightly.

🐻 UCLA March Madness odds (+750)

Women

Only three teams have handed the defending champs a loss this season, and one of them was UCLA when the Bruins blew the Gamecocks out by 15 on Nov. 24. A lot has changed since then, but UCLA earned the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament thanks to the way it bounced back from its two losses to USC.

Center Lauren Betts gives the Bruins a dominant force inside at both ends of the court who's capable of taking over games. She's a complete game changer the way Kamilla Cardoso was for South Carolina last year ... which is why UCLA could be a difficult out for both the Gamecocks and Huskies in March.

The Bruins find themselves in the Final Four for the first time following a win over Kim Mulkey's LSU Tigers. However, their +750 national championship odds haven't changed with UConn next up in the tournament.
