We're just days away from crowning the March Madness champion after all four No. 1 seeds advanced to the Final Four of the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
The latest March Madness odds feature Duke as the clear betting favorite to cut down the nets following Monday's national championship game, though Florida sits close behind the favorite, with Houston and Auburn trailing as the Final Four underdogs.
Here are the latest March Madness odds entering the Final Four on Saturday:

πͺ Who is favored to win March Madness?
π No. 1 Duke Blue Devils (+100 via bet365)
π Final Four opponent: No. 1 Houston
π Best ML odds: -250 via ESPN BET
Duke was dealing at +110 to win it all and -205 to win in the Final Four just a few days ago, but bettors have flocked to back the Blue Devils after their torrid run through the NCAA Tournament.
With five of the best players in March Madness at their disposal, there's a reason Duke was the most popular pick to cut down the nets before the tournament began - including in our expert Rob Paul's March Madness bracket predictions.
If the Blue Devils can outlast an elite Houston team in the Final Four and beat either Florida or Auburn in the final, a $10 wager at bet365 would return a $10 profit.
π No. 1 Florida Gators (+300 via DraftKings)
π Final Four opponent: No. 1 Auburn
π Best ML odds: -150 via BetMGM
Florida looked left for dead in the final minutes of the Elite Eight, but star scorer Walter Clayton Jr. turned it on late to spark an inspired comeback for the Gators to reach the Final Four for the first time since 2014.
Even with that near-defeat, Todd Golden's group is favored to beat SEC rival Auburn - the No. 1 overall seed entering the tournament - to set up a likely showdown with Jon Scheyer and the Blue Devils. If the Gators win out, a $10 bet at DraftKings would profit $30.

π No. 1 Houston Cougars (+500 via ESPN BET)
π Final Four opponent: No. 1 Duke
π Best ML odds: +235 via Caesars
Even with the odds moving against Houston this week in favor of front-runner Duke, the Cougars still feature shorter title odds than fellow No. 1 seed Auburn despite facing a tougher path to the final.
Maybe that's a nod of respect for Houston's top-ranked defense, which in theory is the best antidote for facing the top three offenses in the country in Duke (No. 1) followed by either Florida (No. 2) or Auburn (No. 3). If the Cougs can survive both tests, a $10 wager at ESPN BET would net a $50 profit.
π― No. 1 Auburn Tigers (+575 via BetMGM)
π Final Four opponent: No. 1 Florida
π Best ML odds: +135 via Caesars
It's hard to know what to make of Auburn, which entered the tournament as the No. 1 overall seed but hasn't looked right in the three weeks since - or, really, the two weeks before the Big Dance, either.
Now the Tigers have to contend with the injury to star scorer Johni Broome, one of the finalists by the Wooden Award odds alongside Duke's Cooper Flagg. If he's healthy, there's some compelling long-shot potential here on Auburn, which could reward a $10 bet with a $57.50 profit at BetMGM if it plays up to its pre-tournament billing this weekend.
