Giving a touchdown to USC at home is a dangerous game considering the Trojans are 5-0 ATS at home this season. But when everyone remembers your team for an outright loss as four-touchdown favorites, the mindset of proving your worth doesn’t cease.
This Notre Dame team has played with a chip on its shoulder to ensure it would not be remembered only for its worst moment. The Irish have an 8-2-1 ATS record, tying them for the fourth-best cover rate in FBS this season.
Removing the Northern Illinois result, Notre Dame has averaged an otherworldly +15.45 margin per game against the spread this season.
