FanDuel Launches New Custom Online Slot

Some big new for one of our best sportsbooks and best real-money online casinos.

American Gaming Systems (AGS) has fortified its alliance with FanDuel by launching FanDuel Vegas, the first custom online slot title developed between the two companies. The move follows their prior collaboration, which began with AGS content being live on FanDuel Casino in the Michigan online casino, New Jersey online casino, and Pennsylvania online casino markets.

The partnership

AGS and FanDuel forged their partnership in July 2024, integrating AGS's slots and gaming titles into the platform you can use without needing a FanDuel Casino promo code. FanDuel Vegas is their first custom title created under their partnership, replicating the Las Vegas experience online.

AGS promoted the game by directly bringing Las Vegas casino realism to players' monitors. The transaction extends FanDuel's online casino foundation by incorporating pioneering gaming experiences exclusive to it among competitors.

The AGS and FanDuel alliance and FanDuel Vegas launch are just one more example of a growing trend in the gaming industry: customized online casino experiences. By developing bespoke slots, FanDuel further enhances its market advantage among online casinos by differing from other operators by offering distinctive games that cannot be found anywhere else.

The launch of FanDuel Vegas can pave the way for more tailored online casino games replicating popular land-based casino experiences. FanDuel will likely pursue additional gaming content deals to expand its casino business as it expands its sportsbook footprint in new US and international markets.

This isn’t the only collaboration between FanDuel and an online casino operator. Towards the end of January, FanDuel partnered with Light & Wonder to launch its Huff N’ More Puff slot on Feb. 4 on all FanDuel casinos, including in the West Virginia online casino and Ontario online casino markets.

FanDuel Partners with Puerto Rico-Based CAGE Sports

In addition to partnering with AGS, FanDuel launched in Puerto Rico on Jan. 16 through its collaboration with CAGE Sports, giving Puerto Rican bettors access to its online gaming platform. 

This new expansion makes Puerto Rico the 24th U.S. territory or state where FanDuel Sportsbook operates. The company entered the DC sports betting market in July last year, taking over from GambetDC. 

As part of its growth, FanDuel will open a new retail sportsbook at the current office of Cage Sports in San Juan, Puerto Rico's capital. Residents and visitors 18 years old and older can now access FanDuel online and retail sportsbooks, and they don't need a FanDuel promo code to take advantage of the top options offered.

Established in 2004, CAGE Sports specializes in gaming solutions, such as video gaming terminals (VGTs), machines, and downloadable gaming content.

Its partnership with FanDuel aligns with its vision of scaling up gaming operations in the Caribbean and Latin America. Puerto Rico's market is a great opportunity for both firms because of the local interest in sports betting and gaming.
